{#} does not support leading zeros.

One of the reasons is that GNU Parallel normally do not know how many jobs has to be run in total thus cannot determine the number of zeros needed.

There is an example with {#} an image files:

find . -type f | sort | parallel convert {} {#}.png

Wouldn't it be usefull to have sequence numbers with leading zeroes here?
