This syntax produces the same symptom and is shorter.

set format = F20.3.
data list notable list /serial * wthh *.
begin data.
10 4
11 4
15 4
20 4
21 4
27 4
end data.

T-TEST /VARIABLES= SERIAL
/GROUPS=WTHH(1,2).

Does it get any smaller if you drop all variables except SERIAL and WTHH ?

The next syntax:
=====
GET FILE="C:\Users\Gebruiker\Downloads\ipumsiSample.sav".

T-TEST /VARIABLES= SERIAL
/GROUPS=WTHH(1,2) /MISSING=ANALYSIS
/CRITERIA=CIN(0.95).
=====

gives an assertion error
File: src/match/levene.c
Line: 231

Expression: nl->pass == 4

If needed I can make the data file privat available. But it is 36 Mb.
