The QTMKeyCommands associated to first level menu items are not being invoked because the connection between the signal triggered() and the slot apply() is set as Qt::QueuedConnection

Inside qt_ui_element_rep::as_qaction(), change line 554 to read

QObject::connect (a, SIGNAL (triggered ()), c, SLOT (apply ()));

This sets the Qt::ConnectionType to Qt::AutoConnection, which for things happening on the same thread is Qt::DirectConnection.

The change is up in the SVN ready for testing.

Create a theorem and open the contextual menu with
the right mouse button. When clicking on the button
for removing the numbering, nothing happens.
It is possible to change the theorem into a proposition,
by clicking on the proposition item in the submenu.
