Fixed to always list the main bundle.

The libraries bundle is a gnustep extension.
Not sure that MacOS-X has a main bundle for a tool.

Calling [NSBundle allBundles] doesn't include mainBundle (at least for tools). But once the [NSBundle mainBundle] is called, [NSBundle allBundles] will include the mainBundle.
("mainBundle" for tools is the resource folder associated with the tool.)

The bundle always returned by the allBundels call is:
"/opt/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries". I'm unsure whether that is correct either.
