The files dnaupe.f and snaupe.f are present in the octave-3.4.3.tar.gz tar file, so you should have them.

However, in looking at this, I noticed that those files are empty, so I removed them with the following changeset:

http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/95bcbecf5801

Hello !
I have this problem:
The file dnaupe.f is lacking but in
arpack/module.mk
this file is listed,

Should one delete the corresponding line in module.mk?
