I updated the version of
gnulib in the sources and
I'm closing this bug as requested.

Now with the current gnulib and octave development source, build went well without problem.

I have tried to build development source:

on MinGW platform

Perhaps this is related to gnulib but I cannot find the reason.
Any suggestions is welcome to get rid of this error.
