This has been fixed sometime between 3.4.3 and the current development version. The fix will be part of the 3.8 release.

Given a class folder mypath/@aclass

In the constructor file for the class @aclass

mypath/@aclass/aclass.m

if the function inside has any name...for example

in the interpreter (after adding path to mypath )

Without giving any warning about the mismatch in names
