The new doc-browser is closable and there is no more IRC-Client. Can this bug report be closed?

I think making BrowserDoc and IRCClient tabs closable have sense.
For example if i dont want to connect to IRC, if i dont use online documentation (either has no internet or has other doc or doesnt need it) > i want to close them.

For implementing this feature corresponding submenus should be added to "Interface" menu to be able turn on them again.
