The gprolog package is completely unrelated to GNU Prolog for Java (which is in the libgnuprolog-java package which is unfortunately not yet in Debian as I need to re-licence the manual). You would need to use ensure_loaded or similar to load the relevant prolog files which define the library.

Ah, I see. I didn't know i needed to include it, since it came with the gprolog package in Ubuntu.

How would one go about including the clp extension?

What did you do to load the library? As GNU Prolog for Java is not based on GNU Prolog and so does not ship that library by default - you would need to load the library before you would be able to use it.

I get an error when trying to use the fd_* library that ships with standard GNU Prolog:

error(existence_error(procedure,fd_domain / 3),error).
