Example: wget --html-extension http://ocw.mit.edu/mfile.akamai.com/7870/rm/mitstorage.download.akamai.com/7870/8/8.224/s03/etaylor-8.224-sem-mit-9151-14apr2003-1430-56k.rm	Anonymous
