GNU parallel 20110622, RedHat 5.6 x86_64.

The manual says --load "uses the same syntax as --jobs, so 100% for one per CPU is a valid setting," but:

$ seq 1 2 | parallel -t --load=100% echo
--load=100% echo 1
--load=100% echo 2
Can't exec "--load=100%": No such file or directory at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/IPC/Open3.pm line 246, <STDIN> line 2.
open3: exec of --load=100% echo 1 failed at /usr/bin/parallel line 3182
Can't exec "--load=100%": No such file or directory at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/IPC/Open3.pm line 246, <STDIN> line 2.
open3: exec of --load=100% echo 2 failed at /usr/bin/parallel line 3182

And similarly for --load 100% or --load100%; also for --load=load.txt.
