When I browse to this YouTube video:

the audio and video start in sync, then there's a hiccup, then the audio lags behind the video for the rest of the video. Pause/unpause doesn't fix it, rewind-to-the-beginning doesn't fix it.
I'm working from a recent git clone, dc48e20782711e3977ed43367d8ebcd3599c06f5.
