I've been seeing this crash since I started using Lua Zile, and thought that it
was because I had stubbed out rex_gnu as a null lua module.

Now that I have rex_gnu compiled and loading correctly I can still crash
Lua Zile every time with the following steps:

1. Load a file with enough text that there are at least two copies of some short string in it.

2. ^S<some repeated string>^S (you should now be at the second occurrence of the search string.

3. Do something else to leave the search (press a cursor key for example).

4. Press ^S. Crash.

C Zile doesn't have this bug.
