Command: wget -H -p -S -o out.txt -nd -P . http://pastehtml.com/view/1du4wav.html

Expected: recursive fetch for:
https://sites.google.com/site/abliss/home/sym,bol.png

Actual: recursive fetch for:
https://sites.google.com/site/abliss/home/sym%5C,bol.png

The backslash in the CSS should be ignored, not converted to %5C.
