I can confirm that this error no longer occurs in TeXmacs 1.0.7.11.

I can't reproduce it. I suppose this bug has been fixed since.

I have the same issue. I ended up using 'plain' instead of 'tm-plain'

Fri 18 Mar 2011 06:14:55 PM UTC, original submission:

When using the tm-plain bibliography style (the default style) bibliography generation fails when the citations have either the "author" field or the "pages" field (and I suspect the "editor" field will also not work).

The error is something like:

plain.scm:519:27: In procedure cdr in expression (cdr (bib-field x ae)):
plain.scm:519:27: Wrong type (expecting pair)

This is a regression issue. The tm-plain style does not have this bug in TeXmacs 1.0.7.9
