Fixed in this changeset on the development branch (http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/5a2b012b10c7). You will need to build from Mercurial sources, or wait until the 3.8 release, in order to see the fix.

This appears to be a duplicate of bug #32310; ginput() does not currently return the correct coordinates for the fltk backend.

I found that ginput() occurs out of alignment. This problem may be caused by "Menubar".
