A loop has to be written calculating the tick values for every object. This value will then be cached for re-use.
You will need to check for changes to the file - at the moment d-GetSaved returns a status, but it could return a save count, if it has not increased then you can be sure the tick count you have cached is still valid

A function GetAbsoluteStartTick is needed (and thus GetAbsoluteDurationInTicks and GetAbsoluteEndTick).

This should return a tick value which is relative to the movement/staff-start and ongoing from this point. So any tick in measure two has a higher tick than in measure one.

The goal is to compare two notes if one starts/ends later than another.

Current GetEndTick and GetDurationInTicks (and you can calculate GetStartTick with these two) only return numbers relative to the measure start, which is 0.
