On some keyboards it is really easy to accidentally hit the "right" instead of the "down" key. As such it's annoying that any time this happens the current entry from the menu is booted. |

That is an accesibility feature of GRUB(for remote controls and gamepads and thelike input controllers). You can also repeatedly press the same key on your keyboard(maybe spacebar) to activate the single key mode which is another one.
