When you don't have a mediaDir directive in rc
you end up with namingPolicies possibly having relative
paths (well, with a patch of mine, not right now).

Anyway, when mkdirRecursive is passed a relative dir, it
fails considering it as such and forceably prepends an initial slash:

std::string newdir = "/";

for (Tok::iterator tit = t.begin(); tit != t.end(); ++tit) {

newdir += *tit;

Why is it so ?
