Please retest with latest bzr checkout.

Since about 2 weeks on bzr branch grub-probe stopped working with /boot on LVM:

/sbin/grub-probe: error: no such disk.
Auto-detection of a filesystem module failed.
Please specify the module with the option `--modules' explicitly.
