This has been fixed by a much better patch in the meantime.

I've committed a change to WinNSMenu.m in the WinUXTheme that takes care of this problem (r31214). Hopefully someone with suitable privileges here can take a quick look to verify my change and mark this bug as closed.

Drop-down buttons on Windows (Using the WinUX theme) show their first item in the activator button as they should. But this same title shouldn't also be the first item in the menu list. This was working back in June but seems to have broken sometime recently.

It wasn't a change in the WinUXTheme so it must have been something that changed over in GUI.

(This happens for programmatically crated drop-downs as well as NIB ones).
