./configure --help clearly mentions ./configure --enable-example-kernel. Followed by make it compiles fine for me. If it doesn't for you, you need to file a bug specifically detailing the symptoms

It appears that there is no information available on how to compile the example kernel included in the Multiboot2 specification. Could someone explain the process to me?
