mail.gnu.org is up again and the problem shall be fixed.

It seems that lists.gnu.org has been down for more than
two days now. It is not accessible from Germany at least.

I reported this to the FSF sysadmins a couple hours ago. All mail sent to @gnu.org addresses, from outside gnu.org, is bouncing with that error, as far as I can tell.
