yes - it was a new bug caused by fixing the case where a specific tag was being searched for and was not found (not relevant to standalone directives). Fixed in git now.

I think this is a new problem to 0.8.19a, so probably related to recent changes. I'm using 0.8.19a on windows.

Same problem appears for d-DirectiveGetTag-chord, and I would assume for other directive types as well. Unless I missed out on the new syntax rules?

Seems to not be returning anything but #f.
From blank score, insert any standalone directive you wish, say, from the Tempo command under Directives.
Now put the cursor on the directive and execute

(d-InfoDialog (d-DirectiveGetTag-standalone))

and you'll get that it's a wrong type passed to InfoDialog. Testing with a few other scheme commands, it seems to never return an actual string, as it should.-Dan W.
