Denemo uses about 50% cpu cycles during playback, which seems to be way to heavy just for playing and scrolling.
Playback still does not see metronome marks set at the beginning of a staff.
I can see the playback if I scroll manually, but otherwise I don't.-DW

This is probably well known, but when I hit playback, the view just shows the very end of the staff. That's it! No matter where I start.

Also, the rhythm is choppy, with staffs out of synch and even chords in a single staff often rolled instead of solid. Even a single voice sometimes has the eighths and sixteenths swinging. This occurs on a 2.13 GHz Core 2 with 3 GB RAM with not much else running.

No doubt it's great on linux, and it's not essential that denemo's playback be great on windows since you can output a midi file. It would be nice to have by 1.0 though.
