the template of each project contained LAST_EDITING so the check for null key was invalid. I updated the project templates.

Furthermore I changed so that user-specific keys are merged in only if they are really present.

I fixed the problem. Maybe my fix needs further tweaking when opening older projects, but I don't have any with subprojects to test with.

THe user still gets a warning however that the proejct "got converted" but just because the LAST_EDITING key is not set for the subproject apparently. In any case that eky should not cause warnings since it is saved in the USER part of a project. It is normal for an exported or CVS commited project not to have it.

the problem is not on creation of the project, but on reopen. In that case a subprojects is detected by PC as "old" and "to be converted" and the conversion ruins the structure.

when creating an aggregate project, the subprojects get their subrpoject bundles created wrong with one level of naming to deep:

e.g.

subp1.subproj/subp1.pcproj/subp1.pcproj/PC.project

should be:

subp1.subproj/subp1.pcproj/PC.project
