This bug is Ubuntu-specific. I've passed it along to Jure Cuhalev, the launchpad.net developer who packages PSPP 0.7.x. I assume that he will fix it.

When I try to open help file (on Ubuntu), I got an error: file:///usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.xml does not exist.

However, file /usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.html/index.html exists. Running "gnome-help /usr/share/doc/pspp/pspp.html/index.html", opens help very easy.
