Fixed in SVN (r2919, r2920, r2921).
1) There were an issue in the .app bundle with unwanted Qt plugins which were loaded from system location and which themselves linked system-wide instances of Qt, de facto duplicating the linked Qt libraries and creating inconsistencies. Solution: inhibit loading of external plugins and change the environment variable DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH and DYLD_FRAMEWORK_PATH to give priority to the bundle private libraries and frameworks.
2) Not all subdirectories in TeXmacs.app/Contents/Resources/share/TeXmacs/progs/ice-9 had correct owner and permissions. Fixed in Makefile.in
3) NATIVE_ARCH is not correclty setup in Xcode 3.2. There we must use NATIVE_ARCH_ACTUAL. Fixed by adding a configuration step to determine the correct variable.
