thanks for your report.

Actually the include/exclude rules are designed to work in this way, so it is the proper behavior and not a bug.

Though it should be improved and allow more flexibility.

Hello,

The -I flag (as I am using it) has a different behaviour in 1.10.x than in 1.11.x

For example:

wget -np -m -I '/bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/CYK*' http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/

In this example, no other directories under
http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/CYKA/ are fetched.

However, this is the case for version 1.10.x

(using debug)

1.11.4:

Deciding whether to enqueue "http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/CYKA/05/".
http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/CYKA/05/ (bulletins/alphanumeric/20091215/UA/CYKA/05) is excluded/not-included.
Decided NOT to load it.
