No longer available, but was working acceptably anyway.

The current date + 1 window also works. I don't get an automatic direction to the page (that would probably be a getURL call). The "undefined" text is due to the way htmlText is implemented, and needs a rewrite of TextField.

I also notice that the SWF keeps trying to load new movies after all the images have been loaded. As it's then trying to load a movie called "undefined", it fails. That doesn't have much of an impact on the way the SWF plays, but it's not very nice behaviour.

On Debian, doing a 'apt-get build-dep gnash' will install all the dependencies. After that, it's your typical ./configure && make to build Gnash. Other build notes are on the gnashdev.org wiki. You can also try one of my experimental snapshot builds of deb files from trunk. These are on getgnash.org.

When you click on the current date, you should get the zoomed picture as you got. After a short couple of seconds delay, it should redirect you to the explanation page.

Other than that, you should be able to click on current date+1, where the doors will 'open', and then what's behind will fade out,
as a sneak peek for the day after.

I'll see if I can get trunk running, do you have suggestions on how to do that (link to a build document maybe)?

If I click on 15 (today is the 15th), it 'opens' and zooms to a larger picture with 'Florida' on it. I can't get it to do anything else.

What is supposed to happen? If you don't see this behaviour with 0.8.6, I suggest you try with trunk.

On the left is a large space with 'undefined' in it, which doesn't seem right either....

airberlin has a flash advent calendar where each day another cell
opens with an offer (say, 2 for 1 tickets to Spain).

Gnash 0.8.6 does not render the cells for me, so it is impossible
to check what the offers are. Installing flashplugin-nonfree 'fixes' the problem.
