In the file it says 3ply cube, which explains the discrepancy.

To reproduce the situation please do the following:

1. Open attached file and in the Game record panel select move #1 by BGM 66: 8/2(4).
2. Play 8/2(4).
3. On the next move GNU will offers double.
4. Press Hint button and you will see that correct response is Take.
5. Play any moves and analyze the Game.
6. After analyzing you'll see that GNU estimate this Take as error.

Settings:

Analyzing: Checker - 3 ply, Cube - 2 ply.
Players - GNU: Checker - 3 ply, Cube - 2 ply.
