This happens with the 20091016 build.
I've attached 4 .zip files that contain 100 .sgf files created by GnuBG. Extract all of these to a new directory. In GnuBG, select Analyze> Batch Analyze... Select all 100 .sgf files. The "Batch anaylze files" dialog box appears. On top of that, the dialog box "Are you sure you wish to discard the current match" appears.
1. Switch to another Windows application. Switch back to GnuBG. The "Are you sure you wish to discard..." dialog box appears underneath the "Batch analyze files" dialog box, making it impossible to click on.
2. Start over and this time, don't switch to another Windows app. Press OK to close the "Are you sure" dialog box. After every few files, the dialog box appears again. This makes "Batch analysis" highly time-consuming as you must sit there pressing OK over and over again.
3. After file 00000016.sgf, it displays a dialog box saying "gnubg wins a gammon..." which you must also click OK in order to proceed with Batch analysis.
4. On file 00000088.sgf, it starts playing against itself and you see the men moving. Then it stops the batch analsis.
5. Press "Stop". GnuBG will hang and then you can't quit it.
