OK, fixed. Was indeed not linked specifically to x86_64, problem was refering to freed data after it was freed. Was not shown by valgrind either because it was really linked to the order in which things were done. Created a separate vthread dedicated struct which keeps the "join_done" parameter.

Might be even worse than it looks, the test suite sometimes halt... The x86_64 seems to be responsible for this but it might also be the fact that the platforms it failed on were single processor (no SMP, no dual core). Or it might just be random failure. Need to investigate seriously.

For some reason, the lw6sys_test() function does not end on x86_64 when it is run within the liquidwar --test context. Running liquidwar6sys-test does not reveal the problem. This needs to be investigated, while this does not seem blocking, it means there's something rotten in thread code, and we risk "under certain conditions", a deadlock. Better fix this soon.
