Typedef's, struct's, and function prototypes are not output
unless they are explicitly referenced by actual function
code. This is done on purpose. #include <stdio.h> defines
hundreds of types and prototypes, which would lead to every
object file being very huge, even if only one or two
definitions were used.

Unless you are talking about some other kind of IL. I'll
leave this open for you to comment but it looks like "Not
a bug" to me.

It seems that there is no way to emit the whole lib of IL.
Not all types and functions are emitted, just the ones called by main. That is strange.
