I fixed the problems with the CROSSTABS statistics table.

I didn't verify the fix for the "risk" statistics (I didn't have a handy test case) but I did for the others.

I confirmed that CROSSTABS statistics tables are still buggy. I'm looking at that.

I pushed out a partial fix for this problem. It is a partial fix in that I have only looked at the actual crosstabulation tables; I have not yet checked whether statistics tables work correctly.

Adding Guido Gay as CC since he also reported this bug.

PSPP crashes when CROSSTABS is invoked with FORMAT=PIVOT (the default) and 3-way or higher dimensions. This worked in PSPP 0.6.x but it has been broken for a while on the master and output branches.

This needs to get fixed before 0.7.x is released. We also should add a test for 3-way or higher dimension crosstabulations; currently all of the crosstabulations we test are for 2-way tables.

I don't want to test this now because I think that it might be significantly affected by the changes in the output branch. In particular I want to add support for more general-purpose pivot tables.

For now a partial workaround is to specify FORMAT=NOPIVOT.

I'm CCing one person who reported this problem so that he will know when it is fixed. Someone else also reported it but I'm not organized enough to find his name in my email folders.
