To make the problem occur,analyze a short match. In the pane listing all the moves, click on one of your moves. Dice appear and stones are in the position prior to the move. In earlier versions, I could manually make a move from this position, and gnu would play me. All the original moves that were analyzed earlier are erased from this point on.

When I try this with Version 0.90-mingw (build Mar 4 2009) on vista, gnu stops responding and locks up as soon as I click the dice after moving the stones.
