Currently, xmlrpc.el uses heuristics to determine the type to send.  This resulted in confusion and errors when sending dateTime types to WordPress.com servers.

To get around this problem with dateTime types, I added the :dateTime keyword. This use should be extended to other types so that you can unambigiously specify types for all parameters.
