The import.py script fails because lastscrape.py writes a header of the form "Artist Track Timestamp" in the exported file. import.py tries then to submit that line, returning an error - "'Timestamp' does not match format '%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%SZ'".
The easiest resolution to this problem is to comment line 62 in lastscrape.py, so that the header is not written to the exported file.
