Isn't lastfmsubmitd violating the protocol here by submitting a blank artist/track combination?

Hi,

when pushing incomplete metadata (lastfmsubmitd) the server should ignore it instead of generating an error. Clients that might rely on the ERROR return status to operate will always try to re-submit the defect information over and over again.
