I added a flag to keep track of when a tag was opened
and when not. Fixes this case.
Commit is revision 10738.

The file is an SWF export from OpenOffice (power point presentation).

Problem is that close_tag() is invoked while no tag is found
currently opened. This is because open_tag() throws a ParserException due to premature EOF and SWFMovieDefinition
catches that by still calling close_tag() later.

It's probably a regression introduced by revision 10736
(Continue to parse the next tag after a parsing exception)
but I haven't checked to confirm.
