WITH-FOLDER-LOCKED now silently allows recursive locks. I don't think there is any serious danger of recursively locking the cache, unless somehow a server hangs IMAIL for enough time for another IMAIL instance to delete a temporary file still needed by the first.

Many of the various FETCH-MESSAGE-* procedures call WITH-FOLDER-LOCKED and then interact with the server, which may reply with responses whose processing causes other operations on the folder's cache that require its lock. Either WITH-FOLDER-LOCKED should defer these operations on the folder, or it should identify recursive uses.
