If wget is built in a different directory from the source, the testsuite won't run due to a) looking for run-px in the same directory and b) running perl without @INC containing the directory with HTTPTest.pm.

The attached patch fixes both those issues so that the testsuite runs. Test-proxied-https-auth.px fails, but I haven't yet worked out why. It passes when built in the source dir.
