A fix for this issue is now in trunk. Could you give it a try, Jules?

Looks like this format is on the increase on youtube, so we'll block on this.

The problem here is that the demuxer returns frames already parsed. So we're looking for a parser to parse frames that have already been parsed. Of course, this fails.

Hi Jules,

Could you please try to enable debugging output in the preferences dialog, and post the output for a video that doesn't work here?

Hi,

don't know if it's a regression but gnash doesn't play sound on some videos on youtube.
for instance :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZGz1Ajg7QU&fmt=18

it seems related to this thread :
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnash-dev/2009-02/msg00050.html

So I tried to update all gstreamer (core + all plugins included ffmpeg) to last revision but without result.
Gstreamer alone plays fine sound&video as well as ffmpeg but no luck with gnash.

Any idea how I can debug the problem ?

gnash r10604
gstreamer 0.10.22
gstreamer plugins good : 0.10.14
gstreamer plugins bad : 0.10.10
gstreamer plugins ugly : 0.10.10
gstreamer-ffmpeg : 0.10.6

thanks.
