I changed the version number from a float to an integer. Hope this fixes the compiler issue.

In an ObjC call, the first two arguments are the object and the selector, so arg 3 is the first argument you see in the method call. Version is supposed to be an integer, but I don't know why that would cause an error. It's definitely wrong though.

No relevant changes in NSRulerView since months, since it used to compile, the problem must be elsewhere, possibly in base?

on OpenBSD/sparc I get:

Compiling file NSRulerView.m ...
NSRulerView.m: In function `+[NSRulerView initialize]':
NSRulerView.m:187: incompatible type for argument 3 of indirect function call
gmake[2]: *** [obj/NSRulerView.m.o] Error 1

I fail to understand the problem. Possibly something gcc 2.95 doesn't like? I see only 1 argument...
