Found the issue with this. I'm going to commit this very soon.

1) start ProjectCenter
2) open a project
3) run the application in the debugger
4) stop the application by hitting the "Pause" button.
5) go up until the line in the debugger which shows the current Status shows a location in GNUstep code.
RESULT: The editor doesn't show the file.
EXPECTED: It should show the file and select the line in the editor.

This was working previously. I believe some recent changes may have broken this behavior.
