Looking more deeply this doesn't seem to have existed in 2.1.5 so it may have been introduced with the change to not using get_full_path in the rcfile code. Regardless it should be fixed in r4365.

Looks like this may have been there for some time in 2.1. Add a path to your nanorc that doesn't exist and nano crashes:

include "invalid path"

Error in /ita/chrisa/.nanorc on line 295: Error reading invalid path: No such file or directory
[1] 32178 segmentation fault nano
