Implemented deadlocking behavior on top of David's recent locking changes.

In MacOS-X, when a thread locks a lock or condition lock twice, it logs a warnign about deaflocking and hangs.
In GNUstep it raises an exception.
We should probably mimic the MacOS-X behavior.
