i'm going to close this as the original report is fixed,
i've created a new bug for gnustep-make bug #25439 for this,

as a work around you can probably

cd EOControl; make install;
cd ../EOAccess; make install;

then rerun the build process

you may need to do the same for EOInterface/EOModeler libraries
to get DBModeler/GDL2Palette compiled if you are compiling those also.

I believe that will work around the issue, but i'm not very familiar with the windows linking process.

Hi Matt.

We advanced a little :)

I updated the sources, and did a make clean.

./configure output is attached.
make output attached (output.txt).

Linker can't find EOControl linking SQLite3EOAdaptor

I added the missing include and I think I figured out what was causing the link failure, please try again.

I'm not an expert on this things. Much time developing but over Delphi+Windows.

As far as my poor mind knows, Cygwin, has an approach to unix more closely than mingw, true?

I don't know if could be better tu build over it, instead over mingw. I will try it.

Thanks to review it. I need database access soon :P

Thanks for the report...

Unless Matt beats me to it, I'll look into this on the weekend. There can very well be issues with the way we handle the dll import flags. I'm not to savvy wrt MinGW, but I'll try to see if I can fix it.

Cheers,
David

I downloaded GDL2 from SVN.

I got an error with UCHAR_MAX not declared, solved including
#include <limits.h>
on EOGlobalsID.m (EOControl)

Now, I get a lot of undeclared references with an error and GDL2 is not builded.

Log Attached.

I get a similar behaviour building SQLClient.
