Yes I did do it on purpose. Some else has told me that there are several problems with it. And I have found it almost impossible to debug programs using gdb on rxvt.

I did not realise rxvt behaves poorly in Windows - just thought this was an oversight with the new package as older versions had rxvt properly named by default.

rxvt behaves badly in several cases. For instance, there are many problems running gdb in rxvt. Is there a particular reason you want to use rxvt? It's easy to rename it and thus get the rxvt shell back.

The 20.3 installer installs rxvt to /bin/rxvt-save.exe instead of /bin/rxvt.exe.
Hence the installed menu shortcut opens a bash shell inside a standard Windows command-prompt window instead of using rxvt.
