Build completes with 51.11.0 too (oldest ffmpeg version tested with gnash)

I've added an ifdef so that the switch case is absent for version 52 or higher. It works on my machine with version 51.something and on the one with 52.0.0. It would be useful if anyone with a much older version of ffmpeg (as old as we pfficially support, perhaps) could try building and make sure that the case statement is built.

It seems it has been treated internally the same way as SAMPLE_FMT_S32 for a long time, but we can't be sure it won't be held in codec->sample_fmt. Another ifdef? :(

This is in MediaParserFfmpeg.cpp and causes a build failure. I haven't looked at what it's for. It seems it can be dropped at least for 52.0.0, but what about earlier versions?
